Return and Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges are allowed for products purchased from the Belkin eShop. We only offer exchanges for defective products. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for the complete policy.
Exchanging Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective, please contact the Belkin eShop store in Wan Chai during business hours or WhatsApp customer service (store hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM) to request an exchange.
Exchange Instructions
The returned goods must be in their original packaging; please ensure the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or information are complete and undamaged. Do not remove any accessories or damage the original box.
The following situations will not be accepted for returns:
- Items returned after 7 days. (Belkin products have a two-year warranty; for products returned after seven days, please contact the repair center.)
- Minor creases on the outer packaging box that do not affect the product quality.
- Damage caused by human factors, such as staining, malfunction, breakage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
- Damaged or incomplete product packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
- Returns due to personal reasons.
Exchange Instructions
The exchanged goods must be free from damage caused by human factors; please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Due to the different nature of each product, the company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
Exchange Process
When you and the store agree to proceed with an exchange, please initiate a return on the original order and place a new order. The company will only issue or refund the difference in invoice amount; no further processing is required if there is no difference.
Return Fees
Unopened Goods: After receiving the returned goods (the returned goods must be in brand-new condition and complete packaging; please ensure the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or information are complete and undamaged), a 20% deduction of the total amount or a minimum of HKD$100 (whichever is higher) will be charged for packaging, shipping, and electronic payment processing fees (if applicable). After confirmation, the refund will be issued by check within three days.
Opened Goods: After receiving the returned goods, and after checking that the product packaging/accessories are complete (including any free gifts, which must be returned), a 40% deduction of the total amount or a minimum of HKD$200 (whichever is higher) will be charged for packaging, shipping, and electronic payment processing fees (if applicable). After our approval, the refund will be issued by check within three days.
Order Cancellation Fee (For un-shipped orders only)
For un-shipped orders, a 10% or $50 cancellation fee (whichever is higher) will be charged to cover refund and administrative processing fees.
